Benny Ge hat 3,5 Jahre in einem Projekt gemeinsam mit Handwerksbetrieben gearbeitet. In der sehr intensiven Zeit hat er die Branchenzusammenhänge verstanden, die Sprache der Handwerkenden erlernt und vor allem die großen Problematiken des Handwerks, wie den Fachkräftemangel und die Digitalisierung, als kennengelernt.

The talk format is becoming increasingly popular. Born on television, it has conquered stages around the world , including at events for the skilled trades. And anyone who has ever moderated a panel discussion knows that moderating a panel is the premier league – the Champions League of moderation, so to speak. That's what appeals to Benny so much about it. In the skilled trades, in particular, the fronts between the various interested parties are hardened. The interests of the wholesale trade diverge from those of the craft businesses. Industry is also entering the mix with its own interests and considerable market power. Here it is not only important to keep a steady hand, but above all to include all discussants and their viewpoints and to build a dramaturgy that includes exciting questions .
