Warm Upper BrandEx 2024

I've often performed as a presenter , stand-up comedian , and improvisational theater actor . Especially at comedy events, my job as a presenter is to warm up and keep the audience entertained throughout the evening. And that's exactly what I love . It's best to watch a short clip of my warm-up at BrandEx 2024.

ABOUT

Book Event Warm Upper

What makes my warm-up special? I start the classic way by making fun of myself during my introduction. People notice that the interval clown up front isn't coming on stage to make fun of them. It immediately creates a feeling of security , and ideally, they laugh heartily.

Then I talk a bit about the show and give the guests more time to get an idea of who I am and how they're feeling. Only then do I slowly start talking to the audience , commenting on what's happening in the room and developing spontaneous jokes. I cast a net over the audience , popping in and out of the room, and using little interactive games to create a dynamic atmosphere. The idea is that the audience should slowly get to know each other and feel safer : "We're all in the same boat, we have our opinions and our little problems. Here and now, we should laugh and have fun together." I'll finish with an applause test, really getting the audience going. When I leave the stage, the hall is buzzing , their attention is piqued and the show can begin.

Warm-up costs for my event

But how much does it cost to hire a warm-up artist for my event? And the answer, as with legal questions, is: it depends. Depending on what you're planning for your event, Benny Ge will create a suitable quote for you. A warm-up at a gala event is completely different from a warm-up in a TV studio. It's best to contact me, and we can discuss what the warm-up would cost for your project.

What is a show warm upper?

I'll talk to your audience before the show, prepare them for the show, and warm them up, literally. Why is that necessary? Well, we're in Germany, and we Germans are naturally rather shy and reserved unless the alcohol is flowing. People often don't dare to laugh heartily and have fun right from the start. Because thoughts like: What might the person sitting next to me think of me? Can I even let myself go in this environment? How will they judge me if I laugh about it? And that's exactly why we need someone like me as a warm-upper.
